1. Services & Agreements
All digital marketing, web development, custom software, and advertising management services provided by NILOY are governed by mutual project agreements and scopes of work.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of agreed fees, clients retain full ownership of their custom deliverables, website source files, and campaign assets, unless specified otherwise in written contract.
3. Payments & Revisions
Project timelines, milestone payments, and revision rounds are established at the start of each engagement. Additional work outside the agreed scope may be billed at an hourly or project rate.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for the highest quality in web performance and marketing ROI, results can be influenced by third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers). We cannot be held liable for third-party platform policy changes or downtime.
